Preflight Workout

Equipment: Carry-on bag, chair
Time: 5 minutes

If you have time to spare because you arrived at your gate early or your flight just got cancelled, don’t waste that time sitting around. Here’s a quick circuit to keep those muscles fired up and those calories burning before you hunker down on that flight.

Total Body Suspension Workout

Equipment: Suspension trainer, mat
Time: 15-20 minutes

If you want a versatile piece of equipment that you can bring with you wherever you go, the suspension trainer is what you’re looking for. Training with your body weight might seem like a waste of time, but hang out with this workout and you’ll feel some muscles that you didn’t know you even had.
