ShamRocks Fitness is a site to find resources, insightful articles, discussions, and more relating to fitness and wellness. Helping you reach optimum health is my goal. In addition to reading great tips on health and wellness, I can work with you, one on one, to achieve your goals from the comfort of your own home. Over the years I have worked with many people to help them attain their optimum health. All information I provide is evidence-based, so you have the comfort of knowing that everything we do has been tried and true. Online Personal Training
If you have a busy schedule and can’t make it to the gym, online personal training is for you in achieving your health & fitness goals. Through online personal training, each client starts with a consultation to understand their needs, commitment level, and  current health & fitness conditions. During this time, you will perform a health risk assessment and a fitness test. All of this is done via e-mailing back and forth so you have the control of when to meet with me. Online personal training allows clients to speak with me more often and at a cheaper rate than meeting with me in person. Clients will have the opportunity to improve their cardio endurance, overall strength, functional movements, core stability, and more. All exercises will be aligned with the client’s current goals and health conditions to allow for measurable improvements and safeguard from injuries. Ready to move forward and push pass your plateau? Obstacle Course Races (OCR) Training
If this is your first obstacle course race (Tough Mudder,  Spartan, Savage) and you don’t know how to prepare, contact me. If you’re a veteran, but want to get over that wall (or any obstacle) without someone helping you, contact me. I’ll get you climbing, crawling, and running under and over any Mudder, Warrior, Spartan, or muddy obstacle they have in your way. This training plan is for all ability levels and dependent upon your time frame. Contact me when you’re ready to answer, “Are you tough enough?”
