Episode 010: Just A Little Bit

Just a little bit of exercise is all you need to stay fit. With that being said, a little bit of everything is needed too. It’s not only about strength, but cardio fitness is important as well. So this workout has a little bit of everything for you to stay fit in just a little bit of time.

Workout: 6 exercises, each done for 30 seconds for two rounds.
Equipment: mat (optional) 

– Pushup with rotation
– Squat with Side Leg Raise
– Plank Knee Tucks
– Shoulder Retraction with Overhead Press
– Bridges
– Toe Touch Crunch
